She only charged me 2%. The process went very smoothly. She was very professional and I was sure that I was her only client. She was very attentive. She follows through and spends a lot of time making sure that she understands what you need and what you are looking for. She is willing to show houses on times that work for your schedule. She had photos through a camera and take pictures of the house and made a gorgeous brochure. She did a great job. She is so good that my husband and I are getting divorced and he is using her too.

My realtor with Arlington Premier Realty and I have been doing business with each other since 1998. She handled sales of my properties and is always available to answer my real estate questions. I don't always use her when I'm buying or selling properties because sometimes, the properties are out of the state she is licensed in. She knows the market as well, if not better, than anyone else. She is able to relate to people on multiple levels. She's got her MBA and an Engineering degree. She has a real passion for her professional and continues to do professional development. She serves on the real estate board. She incorporates best practice and procedures into her business. She raises the bar in the real estate marker. She's by far the best realtor I ever used. I'm using a different realtor now for a different state and it's painfully evident how good Arlington is.

Arlington Premier Realty was very helpful through every step of the process of buying a home. The main realtor we worked with, Robin, first met with us and went over finances and a lot of the details involved in buying a house. Then, we took many trips together to visit different properties, and visited about 30 in total. Robin was always able to meet with us and flexible with time, and she always was able to answer our questions and follow up with additional information. She also made all the trips fun and relaxing! Robin first helped us through the process of putting in an offer on a home that we didn’t end up getting. She helped prepare all the paperwork and explained all the details quite well, and helped reassure us when the first offer did not work out. Then we finally found the house we truly liked, and put an offer on that, and it was accepted! It was a great joy to find a house of our dreams, and Robin’s great dedication to the project helped make that possible. In addition, Robin’s boss, Sita, also helped us out when Robin needed to be away on a trip at one point. Sita was also very helpful and nice and fun, and willing to jump in right away and be available to help us visit places and answer our questions. Our experience with Arlington Premier Realty was excellent through every step. We would heartily recommend them to all potential home buyers out there. Their personal service, patience, flexibility, kindness, and ability to put buyers at ease helps make the home buying process a fun and productive experience.

When I first met Sita, she immediately differentiated herself by keeping the focus on me and my goals, asking good questions to help me identify what I want. She never tried to push any particular "product", but continuously refined her search based on my feedback about what I liked and disliked about various properties. She also proved herself better than many realtors by honestly steering me away from bad deals, even if they looked appealing at first blush, and explained why they were to be avoided with her extensive knowledge of local properties and regulations. When it came to bidding, she took into account the market and offered dispassionate advice about offers while still being sensitive to the inevitable emotions buyers like me experience. She followed through the entire process with help analyzing my finances and obtaining financing. I knew before I moved in exactly what my bank account and monthly cash flow would look like. She attended closing and made sure the paperwork was in order and the HUD-1 didn't include anything suspect. She continued to impress after the transaction was over as well. After I moved in she checked in to make sure I was adjusting well with suggestions of handymen and contractors to attend to any work items. When tax season came around she made sure I had the paperwork and resources I needed to handle my change in tax position. Overall I was blown away by her attentiveness and follow through. I told Sita exactly what my parameters were for the property I was seeking: location, approx size, ammenities, ballpark price, etc., She set me up to automatically receive listings that met my criteria and I was free to peruse these at my leisure. When I saw a listing that interested me she would set up a time and date for a showing and meet me at the property to accompany me - all fairly standard Realtor stuff - but where Sita stands out from the rest is that she is not only knowledgable and informed about the local market, but she is highly organized and efficient in her methodology - she finds exactly what you're looking for, gets you the info, doesn't bother you with unnecessary phone calls, but is able to get you in to see the property on your timetable. She is intelligent and highly personable as well. I have recommended her to a couple of friends and they have had equally pleasant experiences - she is an outstanding Realtor and I highly recommend her as such.
