Dishonest company that will attempt to tell you falsely there’s an issue with your system that costs thousands to fix. Thank goodness I had a second opinion who came in an provided a realistic picture of the issue (which only cost $200 to fix). Do not trust them! Totally deceptive and won’t own up to their lies or provide a refund for services not met.

They come annually and are very punctual in getting any problems corrected. We would recommend them and we would hire them again.

I keep on using them because they show up when I call and always take care of whatever I need.

Technician evaluated air conditioner and determined it needed to be replaced. Three options were provided but no details offered with regard systems or cost. Technician stated someone would call to provide the details and answer questions.. Given the lack of response after 2.5 days,hired another company. Later on I received a follow up email from the company and responded that another firm was retained

I received excellent service from Cory, the technician, who diagnosed the problem immediately and informed me that it needed a new motor. A couple of days later they received a new motor and Cory installed it within an hour. Very trustworthy, professional and friendly service.

They prepare everything on my end before summer and the work was excellent.

We have a service contract with this company and we know them to be professional and reliable. When the inducer fan on our boiler started rattling I had them come out to check it. Their opinion was that our 31-year old unit was not worth sinking $500-600 into and needed replacement. On the day of the job Tom and Thomas arrived on time and began the process. They were careful and neat and stayed until nearly 8:00 pm to make sure everything was working properly. Another technician, Rob, followed up to troubleshoot a couple of our radiators that weren’t heating as well as the others. It was decided that a different circulator pump would be better suited to our system so Rob changed it out. All this follow up was done at no charge. We are very pleased with this company and the quality of work that they do and we highly recommend them. The office staff, Jessica and Casey are always super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Needless to say we plan to continue our service contract relationship with this company in the future

Arlington Heating and Air Conditioning promptly provided an estimate and completed the job within a day of our request. The workers were courteous and efficient and completed the job the same day. We would absolutely use their services again if the need arises.

Very well. AH&AC service team is first rate. They know what they are doing and don't BS you. There work is always meticulous and they never leave a mess. They are always careful about your house. We have used them for almost 20 years and have had that experience consistently over that time. Their prices tend to be on the higher end, but are fair considering the skill they bring to the task. If you want cheap, they aren't your guys. If you want it done right the first time with high quality, they are your team.

They've been with me almost forty years. They come two times a year. They're very good. I am very satisfied with them. Very professional. I've been using them over thirty years. A lot of companies do $5t or $60. I appreciate that, but I never tried and I haven't gone yet. The salesmen call to change my mind, but the company's very good. Only one person comes to do the work, and they're very careful about that. They always have the shoes covered and never get real shoes inside the house, even if my house is not really fancy.

I use them because I really like the one guy there that we always get. For the company I will give them a “B” across the board and an “A” for professionalism because I like the guy that does the work. I think he’s incredibly honest; he tells you what is working and what is not. I would give them an “A” for responsiveness because they are quick about getting out here. He’s pretty prompt, unless he runs into a problem, typically it takes about an hour. He is always careful of the floors, wipe his feet and does a good job. I see nothing for him to improve on.

He did, and that was a quick. When I explained my issue (AC wasn't working; fan was blowing but no cool air was coming out, and the AC wouldn't shut off) he questioned me for what seemed like an unreasonable amount of time about how I knew the air wasn't cold (umm... because it wasn't) and then asked me many times if I had turned off the AC correctly, to the point where I had to say "sir, I have turned off my AC before. Like in the winter. I know how to do that." When it was determined that I should first go home and see if flipping the breaker switch would fix it, he agreed to call me back later that morning. When he did, he asked me how long since my AC had been serviced and how long since I had changed the filter. Now, I'm not thrilled to admit that my ex handled all those things, and since the split, I haven't thought about it. But when I got half way through my "Well, actually I'm not sure..." explanation, he burst out laughing. Not in a nice way. And then said "What do you mean, you don't know? How could you NOT know?!" I replied, "I'm sure you're right sir, I can handle this on my own" and hung up on him. I'm sorry, but the judgmental tone of his voice and the disgust he expressed in his reaction to me is not the way to get me to fork over hundreds of dollars. I hope the other service technicians are better.

We pay an annual fee and I don't remember exactly what it is. We've used them for 15 years now.

They are wonderful, professional, responsive. They do their job. They leave the area very clean. They do good work.

Went very well. At a very busy time of year, they were able to get to me within 2 days to diagnose the problem. A part needed to be ordered and once that came in, they called and scheduled a time for the work. Steve was great and showed up exactly at the time expected. Overall, communication from the technician and office was very good. Final price was exactly as quoted and now my house is ready for summer. I will definitely use them in the future.
