Arlington Carpet Cleaners

I found Arlington Carpet Cleaners listed on Angie's List; I was especially interested in their upholstery cleaning services as they specified that they used organic products.
When my call was answered, I was able to set up a convenient-timed appointment for the very next day.
Misha was the technician who reported for duty.  He called shortly before his arrival, arrived on time, and introduced himself in a professional manner.  I explained that I needed to have two love seats and four dining room chairs cleaned.  He explained the levels of treatment which he could provide, and I decided to go with the higher level of treatment as it had been several years since the sofas were cleaned and the chairs had some food and grease spots on them.  He also told me that I would receive a discount if I paid in cash.
He proceeded to work and finished within the time he had estimated.  He then explained how to rotate the cushions for best exposure to air and what to expect as far as the amount of time it would take for the furniture to dry.  The furniture dried exactly as he had predicted; it smelled slightly minty as it dried and at the end of the day there was no detectable smell.
Interestingly, when I signed the paperwork for work completed, I found out that "Arlington Carpet Cleaners" is a local listing for a larger company which works in the whole metropolitan area.  I received my discount as promised.
The only real problem with the service was that Misha did not put protective plastic squares under the feet of the sofas and chairs as previous contractors have done.  (I had put down some drop cloths and maybe he thought this was sufficient protection for the floor underneath.)  At any rate, at the end of the day when I moved the furniture back into place, I discovered some water stains on the floor.
