Arlington Bosch Repair

I used this service because they said they could get the part in one or 2 days and would have the dishwasher fixed by the end of the week. This was important to me because we had party planned that weekend. I was charged $80.00 before the service repairman even showed up. He said he had to order the part and could have it the next day. I did not hear back from the the next 2 days. It took numerous phone calls to get someone to return my call. Once they did call back they told me they could not have the part until the following week. I asked for my $80.00 to be returned because I chose not to wait and I had received no service. I had not even been given an estimate. They refused to return my deposit and will not take my calls.  I am now out $80.00 and I still have a broken dishwasher. I have filed a claim against them with my credit card company and plan to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

reached out for an estimate on a Bosch dishwasher on Jan 26, and then again on Jan 28 and never got a response.

the control panel in my Bosch went out. |The repairman did a great job of fixing it and even took a look at my other Bosch and fixed a small problem. |I will definitely use them again.
