American Wireless

I was referred to them by colleague at the NIH which is right across from their location inside the Ballston Common Mall.  It took me a bit of time to find the location because I thought it would say DC iPhone like the website but the actual name of the store is American Wireless.  Once I got there they referred me over to Sergiu, who is their iPhone Technician.  He gave me a receipt with $0 on it for their free diagnostics and let me know that my iPhone repair will be $49 and will be done in about 30-45 minutes and that he will give me a call as soon as it is ready.  The good thing about this location is that the mall has a lot of other places to go, so went to Macy's and came back about 30 minutes later because I didn't get any call backs.  He ended up finishing at about 40 minutes after I dropped it off and then gave him my receipt and wrote me up for the $50 and then was trying to sell me some cases and an unlimited service that they have for $60 Unlimited Plan for the iPhone with no contract.  I ended up signing up for the service and they threw in the case for $20 off so ended up getting that as well.  The sales people were young but they were surprisingly knowledgeable and the Technician was fast but the work was good, my iPhone screen looked just like new and he gave me a full warranty as well.
