We interviewed 3 Realtors before deciding who to work with on our house hunt and really liked Ruth Boyer. She is an excellent buyer's agent and particularly good with first time buyers. Ruth is extremely patient, HONEST and knowledgeable about homes, and actually gives great advice throughout the home buying process. I loved the way that Ruth was honest about the condition that a particular home was in and she was not pushy at all in trying to sell us a home that we didn't like. She always made herself available and answered all our questions-no matter how small. I highly recommend working with her-you wont' regret it!! I hope we can work with her again.
