Florence was extremely professional and prepared for the consult. She also responded to all of my emails immediately and was easy to work with.  She is extremely educated in color selection and did a quick and efficient job. I was very happy with her recommendations, and she suggested a professional painting service to complete the follow-on works she suggested. I would absolutely use her again, and recommend her highly.

Florence was great to work with. I had many ideas and opinions which could lead me all over the place. Florence worked with me so that we could navigate the thousands of shades of color in a timely manner with minimal difficulty. She made it much easier than I expected. And the followup report, with large samples, provides a great tool for the next steps as I implement it.

We met with the consultant at our new house, which we will be painting with new colors from top to bottom. She was constructive and responsive to our preferences and very helpful about how to creatively use all the colors that we like in ways we hadn't thought about before.

Contacted Avl Color Consultants because i did not like color scheme of new bathroom but tile already laid. They were on time, professional, positive & knowledgeable in helping me make a choice also helped with color suggestions for towels, rug other accessories.

Though Florence provided her services as a favor to a neighbor, we would gladly have paid her regular rates. Getting the paint colors right proved to be an important part of a major renovation, both to enhance the new spaces and to integrate them with the older parts of the house. Florence helped us choose a new neutral color for most walls (which I like much more than the plain white we had on some of them before), then appropriate accent colors for walls in new and existing rooms. The result is that the various spaces all harmonize with each other, yet the kitchen has a personality distinct from the dining room. I also think that the spaces look deeper than they would have had we chosen just neutrals.

They came out and consulted with us on colors. They had us buy some sample colors that matched with what we had. They came back and we decided on the colors that we wanted to use based on their recommendations. They also repaired a previous faux painting job in the master bathroom that had chipped. We were very pleased with their work. We liked their sense of color and the fact that they came out a number of times prior to painting. They started the job when they said they were going to start and finished when they said they were going to finish.

I hired Arlington Color Consultants because the thought of selecting the perfect paint colors was too intimidating. I had a general sense of what I liked, but didn't want to make an expensive mistake. Building a house required many decisions, and I wanted to make sure the paint was perfect. I arrived at the meeting with cabinet door, granite, tile, marble samples, plus photos from magazines of rooms that I liked. They asked insightful questions about how I wanted the house to look and feel. For example, "Do you want warm colors or cool?" They listened to my thoughts about the environment I wanted to create, and showed me collections of paint samples from several paint manufacturers. We reviewed those next to the cabinet, tile and granite samples and settled on a general palette. They suggested how I could combine the three colors in different ways to get unique looks in each room. Although there were only 3 colors, I learned how to create multiple looks. We also discussed adding accent colors later - that would add punch to different rooms. I left the meeting with 3 clear paint color choices and a wide selection of additional accents. Subsequently, the contractor painted my entire house with those three colors, and it looks beautiful. Many people have visited my house, and can't believe that it is just three colors. The builder's wife loved the selection so much that she had her husband paint their house with the same combination. I am saving my coupon for the accent colors.
