Found deficient thermostat. Came back next day to check the new ones I put in. Fee for visit was the most reasonable of those with whom I checked. ($79.95)

Late the next morning I heard from the tenant that the guys had come without a ladder, said they didn't know it was a roof unit, and left. They didn't say they were coming back. No one from the company called me. I called them later in the day and didn't get a call back. I called another company and the A/C was fixed late that afternoon.

Nothing to report because literally nothing has happened. 

We had an excellent experience start to finish. Our AC broke on a Sunday during a heat wave with 100 degree temperatures. We were particularly concerned because we have a baby in the house, and were already panicking about how we were going to escape the heat. I called Air Efficiency at 8AM and received a call back within 30 minutes and a Jose was at our house by 1:30 (he was even early!). He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the part that had failed, and our AC was up and running within an hour. They also waved the weekend and emergency fee for us because of the extreme heat! Thank you Jose and Air Efficiency!

My heat stopped working this past Friday and my regular HVAC tech was unresponsive, so I looked on Yelp and Angie's List for a local provider that was open on the weekends.  I called Air Efficiency at 8am, received a call back with in 15 minutes and had an appointment for between 1-2pm that afternoon.  Luis arrived within that time period.  The cable company could learn something from this company.  Luis diagnosed the problem and unfortunately didn't have the proper part.  He told me another tech would be out within 45 minutes to make the repair.  As he said, the other tech Jose showed up and performed the job and within an hour I had heat again.    I cannot say enough good things about this company.  Both Luis and Jose were extremely polite and professional and I appreciate that they didn't try and gouge me because it was a weekend call.  The price was very fair and they honored my 10% off coupon for Angie's List members.  I would use them again and recommend them to anyone without hesitation.  They have gained a client for life.

Luis did an excellent job - was prompt, professional, and went above and beyond what he had to do in order for my HVAC system to be up and running again.  The blower motor had been short circuited due to a thunderstorm and power surge, Luis did a complete diagnostic check of the HVAC unit, replaced the blower motor and capacitor.  I would highly recommend Air Efficiency Services, LLC for value, knowledge, and expertise.  They are honest and up front with pricing, I will always use this company for any type of HVAC maintenance and even plumbing!

I had to disconnect/reconnect the water heater in our rental home to install the underground drainage system and
could not find a good plumber until talking to Luis with his master plumber. Excellent work, very flexible, very easy to work with, highly recommended.
