I trust them so much I give them the code to our house, and they come whenever they need to, without me being here.

He suggested  we call our insurance company, because they should cover it based on the problems, and they did. He saved us $1000.

We've used them for a decade. Our insurance company sent them out here on a broken HVAC the month we moved in. We never used anyone else, we love them. They come out twice a year for maintenance and they fix all of our other stuff when it needs replacement. They're exceptionally reliable, always the lowest price of all estimates, and they show up early to all appointments.

It went very well.  I am very happy with the service.  I have no hesitationin recommending them.

We contacted AJ Mechanical Services in the evening and he came the next day to service our unit. We are very pleased with their knowledge and how they take the time to explain the problem and the options we have to correct the problem with the estimated cost. AJ Mechanical Services are professional, dependable and extremely trustworthy. We would highly recommend others to use their services.

I have had several interactions with AJ Mechanical in the last few months, and all of them have been fantastic. James has fixed AC units on both our rental property and our house, and done a great job. He always arrives on time, calls me to communicate what he's doing, and is perfectly polite and efficient. I have referred him to several friends already.
For this latest visit, I called at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, and they were able to come at 7 am on Wednesday. I was so thankful and impressed. The early morning visit was a huge blessing to me, as I was able to make it to work on time.

We had a new AC unit installed by this company through our home warranty. We didn't have a choice as to which company to use because the warranty company picks. The installation price was also reduced because the warranty covered most of it.
The one thing I really appreciate is that the wrong unit was ordered by the warranty company and AJ Mechanical was very kind in waiting for the correct unit to be delivered day-of and installing it quickly for us.
Then we began having problems with the unit. The AC would just stop working at times. Through the warranty company we had to set up another time for AJ Mechanical to come back out and they did not show up when they said they would. They supposedly made some repairs, but the unit still did not work. At that point we requested a different company to come out because we had lost confidence in AJ Mechanical. Another company was sent out and told us that the welds had not been done correctly on the installation.

I was initally referred to AJ Mechanical by HMS Home Warranty 3 years ago. I live in an older condo building and quickly learned that many companies do not service high rise condominium units. However, AJ Mechanical was very accomodating and willing to do the work right away. They were punctual, extremely professional, and did an excellent job. They serviced my a/c unit, which wasn't working at all, so that I at least had some airflow until the replacement part that was needed could be ordered. They came back within 48 hours with the new part and replaced it. When I purchased my home, the initial home inspection showed that my a/c unit would need to be replaced. Two years ago, when my unit went out completely, I immediately called AJ Mech. They ordered the new unit, worked with me and my home insurance company regarding the payment, and replaced the unit. They have always beeen pleasant and extremely customer service oriented. I have recommended AJ Mechanical to several friends, and would not hesitate to do it again.
