24 Hour Clock Works LLC

He came about 4yrs ago and he came back to totally replaced the clock. They were on time, professional and they work 1 and 45 minutes. They were punctual and with a good price.

Not completed until long after originally promised. Repair not successful. Had to return several times. Unresponsive to phone calls, not open during specified hours. Finally returned watch to me with assurance it is working properly. Loses 10 min. per day - will have to return yet again. 60 mile round trip each time.

24 Hour Clock came to the house, examined the clock, provided a diagnosis and a cost for the service. When the work was completed, they brought the clock back and reinstalled in the case. It is now working as expected.

Supposed to take two weeks. It took seven weeks.

Expensive watches require expensive repairs, or so I thought until bringing in for repair a 25-year-old Tag Heuer watch which had stopped working a decade ago. I had never had it repaired since the quotes I had received from jewelers were so high it was cheaper to buy a new watch (although not a Tag). Recently, I decided to try again and found 24 Hour Clock Works in Arlington. The owner explained the rip-off process that many jewelers use to get customers to pay exorbitant fees to fix expensive watches and, instead, put in a new Tag movement for $135, labor included. They also offer a two-year warrranty. Excellent service. Repair was done in just a few days.

They were great! I brought in 2 wristwatches that I got at a consignment store. One just needed a battery and it was good to go, $10. The 2nd watch was an antique Bulova and the worker/owner(?) said he could repair it, but it would cost over $100, back to the consignment shop it went. Very honest. I then had a modern Linden brass table clock that was missing a piece. Acquiring the replacement part was impossible. The owners looked at it, and made a manufactured replacement piece. The clock works great! They did all the work while I was there. They charged me $10....very fair. I would go back there without hesitation. Plenty of parking.

Very reputable and nice local business. When he wasn't happy with how the band i bought fit, after trying 3 bands at his expense, he gave me a free band. Wow. Great service.

Mr. Lee opened the watch up right away to inspect it and after looking at it asked if we could leave it so he could inspect it thoroughly. He called about 3 hours later and said it would need extensive work and gave us a quote. We told him to go ahead and fix it and he said it would take about 10 days but he had it ready in about 8 days. Watch looks brand new and has kept perfect time since! He also fixed a Tudor chronograph I have that had a bent push button. He did it very efficiently and for a very reasonable price. He is not just a Watch Repair person but a true Watch Maker. He has some beautiful old clocks for sale including two gorgeous antique grandfather clocks.

My Baby Ben runs well now.

Mr. Li was very good. I was so happy to find him. He took the whole thing apart. He refurbished it. It is lovely. I would recommend him. He's a very nice fellow.
