He's not the cheapest in town (not the most expensive either) but he is absolutely the most responsive and detail-oriented contractor we've ever dealt with. Always on time, clean, and the only contractor we have ever given a key to our home and not worried. We've done a lot of work on our house and twice chosen other contractors based on price and both times regretted it. Now anything we can't do or don't have time to do ourselves, we go to Maurice. He's the best!

Maurice showed up everyday until job was finished. Stayed on task and worked quietly without chatter. Pricing was reasonable and he could be creative with problem solving.

Overall, it went well. We are pleased with the end result. The only disappointing part of it was the final touches, they were not too great at this. They were very busy at the time and they did not finish some trim and quarter round on the floor. Prices were a bit high.
