 + -1 moreIn April 2013 I purchased a Husgvarna zerow turn mower from Hackett. Good sale, delivered on time. On September 5, 2014 I needed service on mower. I called and was told they would try to pick up mower that day. I assume they did try but no one showed up. They called about 11:50 AM on Friday the 6 of Sept. Said they would be here between 3:00-4:00 PM. No show no phone call. They called back on Monday 9/9/2014 and wanted to know if I still wanted mower service. No, I had already ordered the parts to repair it myself. Did this Friday night after they did not show up. The reason for buying here to start with was so I could get service, I was wrong again! Maybe they were just too busy to call back on Friday to say they had been delayed, but it left a sour note wityh me.
