Wow - what a great experience and affordable! NO high pressure sales - what a plus that alone was. Working with this company was so easy! From the first call (Alona) to the last (Kim), this company was prompt, professional, friendly, and efficient. I spoke to Jim a couple of times after he came out to assess the job, give us options, follow-up on the quote; later Cyril to schedule the installation. Rene & his installation crew were amazing - the installation went smoothly & the clean-up fantastic. We contacted multiple window companies for quotes to replace 9 windows - 2 large contractors (Thompson Creek & Renewal by Andersen), 2 smaller, highly rated companies (but with a lot fewer reviews). Windows Plus came in 30% lower than Thompson Creek! The windows look great too.

The process of completing any home renovation project can be daunting. No matter the size of the project, we all want the job done right the first time, so we often spend a considerable amount of time in an attempt to find the best company/contractor at the best value. I can tell you from my experience that finding the best company at the best value is worth more than the several dollars you save in the short term. Several months ago, I hired another local window company to install 13 windows at a price thought to be the best value out of the other estimates I had received. However, it was not the best decision. Although the windows looked pretty, they were improperly installed (among other things) and I now had to find a new company to install 13 new windows and spend even more money to fix the damages. As you can imagine, a bad experience with a company can make you weary (as it should) about a new one. Reg Wayland, co-owner of Windows Plus, LLC, came to me highly recommended. And I could not have been more pleased. He was very honest and demonstrated integrity and professionalism. I was also impressed with the breadth and depth of his experience and knowledge. He really understood the issues and educated me through every step of the process to ensure I had all the information needed to make an informed decision. Reg was responsive and he and his team provided outstanding customer service. On the day of the installation, Reg was the first one there and even with his busy schedule, he made time to stop by later in the day. He went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t too stressed considering all I had gone through with the previous company. The installation of the new windows and doors went well. Windows Plus, LLC also replaced some exterior wood trim that had been damaged by the other company and then capped my windows with white trim coil (note the fancy trim detail at the top). Reg’s team did an excellent job and handled my home with extreme care. Very pleased with the price quote, sales presentation, and professionalism of all employees. One of the windows was broken and the handle on the sliding door was incorrect from what we ordered. Immediately they ordered a new window. When they were installed, it was done expertly.

Windows Plus gave a good and specific detailed estimate, we ordered the windows and they came a took very careful measurements. When the windows had been built (some weeks) they came and did the entire removal of the old windows and doors and installation of the new ones. They were very careful, cleaned up afterwards and the installations were extremely well done including extra insulation around the doors and beautiful caulking finish. We are SO pleased and would highly recommend them.

Everyone was nice. They were very knowledgeable. The installers were quick and cleaned up well. Everything turned our great!

Tom, one of the principals, came over and we had a very informative talk about types of windows, our preferences, and costs.  That was probably in October, 2010.  After a couple of unimpressive competing bids, we signed a contract with Tom.  We wanted to get the work done in time for the big tax credit that would expire at the end of the year.  Of course, so did everyone else, so they were booked up until late December.  But come they did--fortunately the weather was good--on the 28th or 29th of December, and did a terrific job very quickly and very cleanly, with minimum disruption to the orderly routine of the house.   The crew was great, professional, and courteous, and did I mention, cleaned up meticulously indoors and out.

They came and measured twice to make sure all was right, because we had some odd sizes.  Tom was very good at explaining our options and making recommendations.  Know that it takes a while to get custom windows made (produced in the US which is good).  They worked long hours getting them installed as quickly as possible.

They were really, really good and I really recommend them. They were very professional and also very careful and exact about completing the work.

We were very happy with them. They finished just in time for us to get the tax credit. They did good clean work. They did the work promptly and well. There was no messing around. There are two guys that own the company and one of the owners came by to do the estimates and the measurements. He was a very nice guy. It was a little bit slower, it was about 4 weeks behind what they originally said but that was what I figured. They said they would be here after Thanksgiving and it was after Christmas but everybody was busy with the tax credits. We did get with them late so we expected it. They started on the morning of the 30th and finished the morning of the 31st. They did a very good job.

No complaints. Direct communication with the owner. Will use again.

I had complained the second I saw the new door. It was shorter than the original door and to compensate they raised the threshold, which has created a dangerous situation. If you do not hold on to the wall going out the door, the potential to trip is quite high. My response from the company was that I would get used to it. No one has. The windows looked good, however on both the window and door the caulk is still sticky (2 years now). The purpose was to cut down on drafts in the kitchen/family room. That area is colder than before now.

I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK. I GOT ALL THAT I EXPECTED AND MORE FROM THEM. THEIR PRICES WERE FAIRLY COMPETITIVE FOR THE QUALITY OF WINDOW I RECEIVED AND PAID FOR.
