Listens to what you like done in your home remolding, provides ideas and design expertise, lenght of job completion and proposal cost contract.The cost starts as 50% payment to start once job is half way completed 30% is needed and once the job is compete you pay 20%.Once the remolded is done their are touch up inspections and cleaning service included gives it a finish touch.During the remolding if any additions that were not in the contract would be added to your cost separate from the proposal.There are plenty of options.Tomas our contractor was very patient and understanding and has plenty of experience working with realtors and knowledge of home buyers taste . Am enjoying my lovely home and have no regrets hiring IHD. Many friends and family gave great reviews. I highly recommend anyone as a matter of fact a co-worker is planning to use IHD. Am very blessed.
Description of Work: Remolded 2 full baths, powder room,full kitchen including labor and supplies. In addition all tile floors installed 21 recess lights,painting,plumbing,electrical,demolishing,assesories,granite,bscksplace,shower glass doors,42 inch cabinets, sink,fixures,dishwasher,microwave,open kitche and many more.Design ideas.

 + -1 moreIt all went very well. His judgement of what to do proved to be right. We sold the house almost immediately for more than the asking price which more than paid for the improvements. We were very satisfied and pleased with this whole endeavor.
Description of Work: Rebuilt two bathrooms and the kitchen. Removed a wall and made numerous other improvements throughout the house
