TB Construction

After waterproofing our basement and demoing it down to the concrete floor and walls, we wanted to create a custom, finished basement with a wet bar, game room area, full bath, bedroom, laundry room, and theater area.  Our first contractor drug out the work for over a year and a half and made it nearly impossible to fire him.  After he tried to charge us double for one part of the job and breaking a TV, we severed the original contract.  Mamutjan came in, assessed the situation and agreed to finish the job as close to the original cost that we had negotiated with the previous contractor.  After starting the work, we came across numerous plumbing issues from the previous contractor that Mamutjan had to correct.  He was always upfront about the additional costs that we would face, but his prices came back fair.  He even offered to help us file a complaint about the previous contractor.  Him and his crew took our basement from unfinished to beautiful in just over two months and worked overtime to get the job done at the end.  As we lived with the finished product over the next month and came across minor issues, Mamutjan was quick to come back out and make any corrections needed.  It was a pleasure working with him and we wish we had found him from the beginning!  We have gotten so many complements on our basement and we are so proud of the work that TB Construction did!

It went well.

They did a great job.  They ran the new water supplies, drains, etc an existing room and converted it into a bathroom.  What impressed me was they were honest and notified me they were  not familiar with some of the material I had purchased!   They then took their time to figure it out and do it right!
