Father's furnace went out in the middle of February during below freezing temperatures. Ted was willing to promptly travel to Warrenton, VA to assess the situation and replace the furnace. Ted made several trips back out troubleshoot the thermostat, also provided and installed a new digital thermostat and air filter free of charge. Great service and follow through!

Our experience with TAF Services was very pleasing from start to finish. Ted was very informative and provided us with more than one option in replacing our furnace and hot water heater and then shared what his recommendation would be the best replacement for both units - of course his recommendation was what we went with and we are so happy with this decision. Our utility bill went from being in the $400s to less than $200! Amazing! To add, we really appreciated how Ted shared every detail with us from the beginning so there were no surprises. He is a very honest contractor with excellent workmanship. We are very happy that he completed completed our furnace and hot water heater replacement and will definitely use his services in the future.
