Servpro of Annandale/Falls Church

Went very poorly. Despite the services being covered by insurance, the technicians presented as incompetent and not motivated to have my house dry within three days as they stated. Looked like a huge attempt to suck money out of the insurance company. Had to double check all of their work because they were trying to take shortcuts. Everyone who I dealt with was very polite and punctual. Received a call from management after they received my negative evaluation but it was too late for corrective action since the water damage had been done and it was impossible to have the first 72 hours after the broken pipe to do over again.
