Mr. Grigsby arrived right on time and was ready to go. He determined that we had a leak in our unit and that the exterior was dirty which was preventing proper air flow. He cleaned the exterior of the unit for us and immediately tested where the leak was coming from. He replaced the broken part and then refilled the unit with Freon and tested that it was at the right levels. He waited around after we turned the unit back on to make sure the AC unit was functioning properly and that the air levels were where they needed to be at. Everything was fixed quickly and efficiently! We had received an estimate from another contractor who was going to charge us five times the amount Mr. Grigsby charged us JUST to see if they could figure out the problem. What a rip off! I'm so glad we went with R. S. Grigsby and Co. because he is reliable, fair and trustworthy. I would recommend him to anyone.

Stewart was punctual and did the work in a timely fashion. He took the time to understand the use of each room and to estimate the needed airflow. He was accommodating to my construction schedule and came back after several weeks to complete hooking up the ducts.
