I experienced very unprofessional and dishonest service from Roger Pardo. The AC unit in my rental property went out and I contracted Roger for his services. My tenants later indicated that acted very strange when he came to look at the issue. His solution to the issue was to replace the evaporator coils. He said that was the ONLY way to fix the problem. He quoted me $1,600 and I agreed. The next day he called me to tell me that he couldn’t order the part because he couldn’t locate the units model and serial number. He pushed for me to get a brand new unit. I ended up going with another contractor who immediately fixed the issue - drained the condenscer pan and put more freon. It was a short term fix, but at least he fixed the immediate issue. Roger calls me after hours of me not calling him back. He has MIRACULOUSLY found the coil he said couldn’t order without the serial and model #’s. I think he realized that he lost my business and changed his story. I am extremely disappointed by Roger’s service and dishonesty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Amazing! Roger responded to my call on a Sunday night and showed up within 20 minutes of my call! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! He took care of my problem in short order and charged a very fair price! I would recommend this outstanding local small businessman to everyone and will definitely call him the next time I have AC troubles.
