Excellent work, on time, neat and, in the case of tyhe bedroom ceiling repair  crawling the length of the house in the attic to bolt old plasrter board to rafters.

Roberto was the ultimate professional.  He showed up on time for the estimate, and provided a detailed cost breakdown.  He delayed providing an estimate on the kitchen ceiling which showed signs of water damage, letting me know he could not give me a good faith estimate until he had fully examined the extent of the damage.  We agreed he would start work on other areas, and let me know what he found in the kitchen.  Upon my return home the first day of work, he showed me what he had found in the kitchen ceiling and provided an estimate of what it would cost for repairs.  His honesty was much appreciated. 

The work turned out fantastic -- Roberto and his helper were very careful and the paint job looked awesome, even the badly damaged kitchen ceiling looks brand new.  He was here every morning on time, and, knowing I had family coming in for my daughter's wedding, he worked Saturday and Sunday to get the job finished.  He was very careful, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day.  Although I had not asked him, he noticed that the house number on the front of the house had fallen off, so he fixed it -- free of charge!  Roberto is friendly, does excellent work, finishes by the agreed upon time and within budget -- I will definitely use him for all my future painting needs.

He was meticulous.  He removed paint left by previous painters.  There was a place that was still damp when a sliding door was opened and ended up sticking. He came back and touched that up at no charge.  He provided advice on what would work best and did an all around good job. 

I was putting my 632 sq ft 1 bedroom older condo unit on the market for rental, and all rooms and 3 closets (except the bathroom, which had just been completely remodeled) needed a new paint job and/or refreshment (with my remaining paint.) Roberto came in and quoted us $1500 for refresh/touch up of the existing colors or $1800 to repaint in an off-white shade, noting that most rentals are painted in a light neutral shade. My unit is nice, but small, and I liked the darker wall colors that set it apart from all the other units. I decided to split the difference and keep the kitchen and bedroom in the original red-orange and blue, but make all the remaining spaces the neutral eggshell white. I gave him an $800 deposit; Roberto finished the job he was on and started working on my place the following day. I went to clear out the last of some stuff I had left there, including ice cream and tv dinners, and I saw some sherbert in the freezer. Since I don't eat sherbert, I figured it was his, so I left it. Unfortunately, one of the other tv dinners was his as well and I accidently took it too. ooops. Roberto finished the unit by the following weekend, and I was notified that the total would be $1950. The closets and some of the outer walls needed more repair than he had originally anticipated. I was afraid something like this would happen because when I moved in, the closets had holes that looked like someone had punched the walls with a baseball bat. (I still have no idea why they looked like that. My pet therory is that the previous occupier was hiding his valuables behind the drywall.) We did what we could to repair them at the time, but we are not pros. The job took about six days, and on Roberto's last day, I went to inspect the job and pay the balance. Roberto was finishing the bedroom and touchups. It looks fabulous! He repaired the horrible holes and evened out the flaky outer walls. You couldn't even tell there had been a problem. I could not be any happier and definitely recommend to anyone needing a painting service.

We called Roberto as he was reffered to us by a trusted friend. He came over our condo way before it was ready to be painted, we talked about what colors we would like to use, he pretty much gave us advice on everything from what type of paint will be good on certain rooms to giving us suggestion on paint colors. He has been in the business for awhile and you can tell by his professionalism. He was also very patient with us as we changed our minds plenty of times with our kitchen paint, and he didnt charge us extra. I am very happy with his job and will hire him again, as soon as we are ready for another remodeling project.
