They were out here just yesterday. They charged me $95 yesterday. That was really for a house call and the problem wasn't resolved. It was a fixture that they had put in before. It was probably a manufacturing issue and so they were out here to troubleshoot. One of two lights didn't work and so he took it down and I've taken it somewhere else to have them repair it. They're going to rewire it and then I should get it back. They thought they would be back out next week. I think they're doing that. They're really good electricians! They did wiring out on the deck, they did wiring everywhere but the bottom floor. What I like about them is that their price is very reasonable and fair. I have to say that there are some other companies out there that we've used, they're very good but they're just way too expensive. Overall their responsiveness is pretty good but sometimes it's been little slow. They call us if they're going to run late.

RL Wood provided a fantastic electrical plan and was very willing to answer questions through the installation process. He graciously answered several questions without asking for any additional consultation fees. I will call RL Wood with all my electrical needs.
