Description of Work: If we could give an A+, we would. We used Republic Title for settlement on our new home. They coordinated with our Realtor and lender seamlessly and were so easy to work with. Their team has great communication, and we felt confident in their process every step of the way. They also purchased a one-year home warranty for us, which is a nice perk if we find out something isn't as expected when we move into our new place. Bob was very friendly and organized. We also liked that he explained everything in the settlement paperwork - without being condescending. We felt that we were a priority, and the only customers they were working with, even though we know that wasn't the case. We will definitely use them again when we purchase our next home.
