The plumbing experience with R Plumber was entirely positive. Rene was very respectful and took time to look at the issue. He reassured me that the work on the bathtub faucet could be done without having to break the walls and tiles. And he did the work successfully. I would definitely consider R Plumber again for other plumbing work.

Rene came to my home to check for a plumbing/water leak on very short notice. He was knowledgable and helpful; even speaking to my insurance company on the phone. My only complaint would be the cost which was a little high considering the short amount of time he and his partner were here and the fact they didn't perform any work, but I guess that goes with the territory when you get same day service on short notice after Christmas.

The plumber, Rene, showed up promptly per our agreed time. He found the leak in our crawl space, and finished the job in under 2 hours. Very courteous, really good guy. I'm happy enough with his performance that I'm going to get him to come back for a few other projects.

Rene Aguirre (R Plumber) was an exceptional choice. Not only was he very responsive to my emails before he started but during the time they were there, they kept us updated and I had the feeling that we were family. He and his men were not only very professional but I felt always safe with their expertise. I would recommend him ten times over. R. Plumber was awesome. We had to come back and edit this comment because it he was even more awesome then we thought! For the first time in a decade we don't have to turn on and off our hot water (at the hot water heater) before taking showers. He did Piping, I am just so happy AND we have the copper pipes now!! He made it affordable. We ARE TRULY so happy with him. THANK YOU for the recommandation, he is SO AMAZING! I can not say enough about this company. They are great!

I needed my new dishwasher to be put in place, so I went through this site to get a plumber which I did, T=the Plumber I hired came in to fix my dishwasher, after 2 weeks my dishwasher was coming out of its place so I called to have it fixed right, the plumber was so rude on the phone and told me he wouldn't come to fix it until I pay him again...this is absurd, why do I have to pay you twice for the same job?

"The statement 'new dishwasher' is misleading being that is was a used dishwasher, though that is beyond the point. The job which you hired us to do was to install the dishwasher's water supply and the drain, which was completed and tested. The problem, as you stated, is something w/in the dishwasher- this is not our area of work. We feel terrible that you felt we were rude because we suggested that you should consult a dishwasher repairman, and another reinstallation of the plumbing aspect would be another charge. Rudeness is never part of any interpersonal communication that we conduct in our business."
