Call Quality Electric service about installing two ceiling fans, They offered reasonable price and quick schedule. My electrician, Jimmy, came on time and explained me the installation steps before he started. He was very professional and efficient, also cleaned up after he finished. Very happy with result. We needed to quickly replace an outlet and have a record of the inspection and repair from a professional electrician. I chose this provider based on Angie's List reviews. They were great. Came the same day, right on time, electrician was very friendly, got the work done immediately. Since I had to pay for 30 minutes of his time in any case, he asked if there were any other electrical issues he could check out for me.

The team of Jeff and Jimmy was outstanding. They showed up on time and finished slightly faster than estimated. They were dedicated professionals in every sense. They took the time to label every circuit breaker in the new box. When the Fairfax County inspectors inspected the work, they told me it was of the highest quality---in the top 5% of all the jobs they had inspected. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again!

Ben at Quality Electric was awesome. We had been without hot water for two weeks while waiting for a new water heater, but we needed a new electrical circuit before it could be installed. Everyone else I called said it would take at least a week just to get an estimate. Ben had me shoot some photos of what was involved, and gave me a quote by email which was perfectly reasonable. They showed up the next day and it was done in an hour. Will definitely use them again.

We were pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the mechanic, Jeff. in addition to the requested work, he identified unmarked unmarked GFI circuits in our circuit breaker box.

I am writing to report on the outstanding work Quality Electric performed on two jobs at my home in January 2018. The first job involved furnishing and installing a new 200 Amp main breaker panel, removing an old disconnect switch in the garage, removing an old subpanel in the basement (which was not up to code), and furnishing and installing a new circuit to the furnace in the basement which had been wired to the subpanel. Quality Electric wisely selected Jerry to perform this work as he had conducted the estimate and was very familiar with my house. Jerry is highly skilled, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He has excellent communication skills. At all times, Jerry and his crew were respectful to me and to my property. Jerry kept me informed of his progress and consulted with me as appropriate. Jerry patiently answered all my questions both during the estimate and while performing the work. Installing the new circuit to the basement was no easy task, as the original path had been sealed off. Jerry showed great creativity and ingenuity in devising the new route. He patched the two small holes that had to be made in the garage drywall, which I very much appreciated. The crew arrived on time and finished within the estimated time period. The jobsite was left clean and in good order. A few days later, the work passed inspection by the City of Alexandria. The second job involved replacing a wall heater in the mater bathroom with a new unit. I was very pleased to learn that Jerry would again be performing the work. I thought the work would be a straightforward “swap,” as the new unit was identical to the one being replaced. Jerry explained, however, that the existing wall heater had not been wired correctly. (A different company had hooked it up to a 120 volt circuit instead of the 240 volt circuit it required.) The job thus became much more complicated than anticipated. Nevertheless, Jerry did not require me to reschedule the work. Instead, he stayed and completed the job the right way, running a new 240 circuit to the new wall heater. For these reasons, I highly recommend Quality Electric.

Jhonny was great! He called ahead to let us know he was coming early for our appointment and quickly diagnosed that our problem stemmed from some improper wiring - which was done by a previous owner -- that had melted the switch in the bathroom and caused all the lights on that breaker's circuit to become inoperable. He patiently explained everything and changed the switches. He then preceded to check all the other outlets on that breaker to make sure there was not a localized problem that he was missing.

Just what I needed!

The repair went well. The electrician was able to come in on short notice and complete the work quickly, but completely.
