It went well once the work was scheduled.

Repairman came out and immediately saw how to repair the frame. It's now like new.

I called and he came out the next day. He told me if I purchased the doors, he would pick them up and install them for $300.00. I let him know that they were purchased. He was here the next morning when he said he would and compromised for me since Home Depot and Lowes said they could install them for less. He did a hard job and a wonderful job.

Overall did a good job.I did ask him to give me an estimate on replacing another door, however he did not get back to me.

It's a very small company. The guy who came out was very friendly and so was his help. His help was from his family. The quality of their work was very good, but they messed up one thing. There was some patchwork to be done at the end and they left it to sand it off, and it turned out to be a disaster when they did it. I thought they shouldn't have left work like that. When I sanded it off it looked terrible. It took them a while to come back. They said they would come back to fix it, but they would not come back for days and I would have to call again. In the end we kind of got lucky. They did an excellent job overall, though. There were no subcontractors. I think I would use them in the future, but my wife wouldn't.

Work performed on time as scheduled. He was also very thorough in cleaning up all the mess and hauling away the old door. Our doors are much nicer than any we saw at Lowe's and Home Depot, and cost about 1/2 as much!

Larney gave us a precise estimate for materials and labor. He arrived for a full day of work with an assistant and completed most of the harder work (like re-hanging the deck door). He returned the next day to complete the work. Because he knows doors so well, he was able to give us a good recommendation for a new kitchen door and storm door. He bought the doors and hardware and installed them. He communicated well with us and cleaned up thoroughly when done. In one case, we were prepared to replace the bathroom door and he pointed out that he could repair it - saving us money. They are a small company, and it took a few days to get a call back after our initial inquiry. I would also say that Larney is a friendly, easy guy to deal with.

Very pleased. Prompt and polite. Gave me an estimate and called his helper who came over that same afternoon and did the work. Work was done neatly and quickly. $135 was the minimum, which he explained on the phone before he came out(estimate was free).

He showed up on time to give me an estimate and was very professional. He also showed up on time on the work day and took his time to make sure all the doors were properly installed. Each door had to be measured, had the holes drilled for the hinges, and had another hole drilled for the handle. Therefore, it was a very time consuming job, and he performed excellently. The front storm door had to be completely removed and the framing redone to make it close properly. He took his time and never rushed. I believe he was committed to making sure everything was properly done. He is an expert at doors, and I have recommended him to a co-worker who hired him and had a similar positive experience. I believe his prices are very reasonable.
