Pro Craft Installations

Our experience was not good.  He told it there will be some dirt which will collapsed near the house.  But we did not anticipate it will collapse more than a foot.  This created a "valley" near the house which water collected.  Since they knew it would collapse so much, they should've put more dirt/clay near the house when they had the chance.  I had to do more work myself creating a mess in the backyard.  They agreed they would come back again to fill more dirt back in, they never came back nor did they return my several phone calls.  They ended this job on a very negative experience.  I have pictures to show their shoddy/unprofesional work.

The install was done beautifully. This job was difficult for two reasons: the way the home was originally constructed, the amount of room that was available for placement was very limited; and secondly, I had already purchased expensive custom window treatments so the interior trim had to match the old dimensions. Both of these challenges proved not to be a challenge for Pro-Craft! I couldn't be more pleased.
