Pro Computer repaired a bad video card, wiped the corrupted hard drive while preserving the data, reinstalled operating system and restored data. We had to reinstall some applications, but otherwise everything was preserved well.
The one complaint I have about this company is a lack of communication. The work took nearly two weeks, and I had to call to find out it was ready for pickup. Apart from that, though, it was a good experience. This is the second time I've had to have this computer in for repair. The first time they replaced bad RAM, also for a reasonable price.
