Carpet replacement was done by a subcontractor who damaged the powder room toilet and caused the flooding of my unit and 2 units below. Still trying to collect the damages (out-of-pocket and homeowners association lien for the remediative svcs performed by the association to the other 2 units). Petty Company claims I did not have a contract with it. Lawsuit is still pending.
