I spoke with Roger to establish a service contract on my HVAC unit. He sent me an invoice to establish it which I paid. After that he blocked my number and I have not been able to contact him through multiple calls, texts, or emails.

Roger did a great job replacing our AC unit. He worked hard, gave honest advice and offered competitive prices.

I hired Roger to check out my AC because it was making weird gurgling noises. He called and said he would be here in half an hour. I called him twice afterwards to cancel, to which I received no answer. By the time he called me back, which was well after the half-hour wait, I tried to cancel and he said he was already outside. He said he would be quick. He was not. He looked at the AC unit and found a clogged pipe. He was unprepared and ended up using items he found around my basement to clean it out, including a bucket and my own cleaning solution. He asked for something to poke into the pipe, and when I had nothing he went to his truck and brought back a wire. Did he have more equipment in his truck but was being a cheapskate and using my stuff? While cleaning out the pipe, he spilled cleaning solution all over the unit, and left the bucket of dirty water on the floor. He made no attempt to clean up after himself. He concluded that the clogged pipe was probably the problem, and then proceeded to charge me more than the quote because he did something. I expect professionals to come prepared, use their own tools, and clean up after themselves. Dont expect me to provide my own cleaning solution and all the tools you need and then leave me to clean everything up AND charge me extra.
