Exterior Painting, Contractor Service
This was terrible. I hired Otto because my parents gave me his name. He said he would replace all trim that appeared rotted & then paint it the proper color for my HOA. I paid them A LOT for nothing. They didn't replace ANY of the trim - now I'm going to have to have it redone because the woodrot is obvious and it looks disgusting. They didn't sand the old paint- With the old paint and the new paint layered, it looks all goopy and thick and like it run all over the place. They got the taupe trim paint all over my brown window frames, all over the brown sliding glass door, and all over the brick around my front door. They asked for a check at night when I came home - it was dark out & I couldn't see the trim, but the pieces in the front they showed me looked okay. The next day I saw how bad it was & when I called, I never got any calls back. ARGH! Now I have to pay someone honest to come back & redo it all.
