It went well despite challenging conditions. George, the owner, operator prides himself on doing a good job, and he puts a lot of work into details that others might miss. The rails are all beveled/ angled so that water will run off and not sit on the wood, causing rot. He involved us in the process, allowing us to choose colors and stains. We were unhappy with the way the stain on the ceiling initially turned out, so he came back and did it again, without charging. We were a little dismayed when the job was over and we were billed for some things we did not expect, so put everything in writing and be clear about what is included or what is not, but for the quality of the work done, we decided we were okay with it. George is a little "old-school" and English is not his first language, so he can be somewhat difficult to communicate with, but again, the quality of the work made it worth the effort. Please look at the pictures.
Description of Work: Provider constructed a front porch for us, including demolition of a prior existing portico/foyer. This included all roofing, electrical, moving a water spigot, and a gas vent line.
