He came promptly on time to do the estimate.  Quickly assessed and made recommendations that new outflow pipe was needed.  I knew this was the case as the old one was hooked into a gutter downspout and emptied out on the driveway.  He brought in a new pump to make sure it would fit in my sump pit.  We made an appointment for the installation later that week.  They came right on time and worked all day, taking out the old pump, replacing a cracked PVC pipe through the basement wall, digging the new trench outside.  They ran into a snag during the job where an old concrete drain pipe was in the way of the trench route.  He consulted with me about options and suggested one way I didn't like so he did another way I preferred without any hassle.  Got it all hooked up but had to come back the next day to finish sealing around the pvc, and testing the pump and tidying up.  He even sealed a gap in the old drain pipe with cement though it was not caused by them.   Overall very professional and pleasant to work with, and went the extra distance to make sure everything was right.  I would definitely call them again.  They also do wood flooring and restoration and I may have a need for that in the future - thinking of taking out old worn wall to wall carpet and going with the hardwood floor underneath but may need some refinishing.
