Friendly and fast! John repaired a set of old iron outdoor chairs. He repaired the broken welds and added more support, so stronger than new. Even primed and painted the new supports to match.

Email comms were solid. We followed up with a phone call discussing specifics of the work being requested. John was supposed to be here at 2pm. Around 215pm, he shows up and immediately has an attitude about being sent to the wrong address. I show him our email communications where, in fact, the correct address is provided. I faintly hear a racial derogation under his breath, but am not positive, so I leave it alone. He then begins to berate me about not having the deck removed from my tractor. I remind him we had a very granular conversation, where he mentioned he has done lots of these jobs & was incredibly familiar with the situation. When, in an attempt to de-escalate the situation, I ask if he knows how to "drop the deck" from the tractor, he bellows out " this is your responsibility, you can learn, you can experiment, I don't care what you do." At this point, I politely asked John to leave my property to which he responds " you people are all the same. I am not surprised." I bid him adieu and ask him to have a better day. After he speeds off, i call him to ask what the problem was & what he meant about "you people". He chuckled and said "I dont know what you are talking about." I advise John the encounter was being recorded & would be shared via various social and news platforms, to which he began to scream, "I don't care! you can shove it up your F'in @$$". Glad i confirmed the ENTIRE interaction (from arrival at property to and through departure) is all captured in HD audio/video. Truly unfortunate that this type of hatred is so pervasive in our society... Maybe John will see & hear himself, and reflect on the hatred in his heart. Maybe not. In either case, lots of people will be able to see exactly what happened, and judge for themselves.

"One very scary encounter never before has anything like this ever happened to me and I hope it doesn't happen ever again. Foremost in my mind was to make a speedy exit away from there especially with the corona virus pandemic raging.. Job was falsely represented to me in 2 pics which I saw in an email also in the same email customer wrote Quote:"Small weld (approx 2.5”) broken on deck of tractor End quote. so I came I saw and I left but before I left I explained to customer he'll have to disconnect a few brackets and remove the deck form the mower for access for welding and call me again when ready while I was leaving he became abusive and threatening same time stating I was being recorded on the most extreme high tech equipment I made no response just continued my departure. . Surely there is therapy and/or counseling available to this poor individual rather than allowing himself to go down into his perceived world of hate and everything that goes with it notwithstanding his attempt to offload false wicked bitter accusations directed at me. I promise I will say a prayer for his best intentions."

It went very well. Quick response to my initial call and work was done promptly and skillfully. Our patio chairs now just need a bit of touch-up paint, but they are fixed and ready to be used again.

It went great! John came out to the property right away. He did a great job of welding and cementing in the existing railing. Even after someone messed with the railing while it was drying, he came back and inspected and cemented again. Great guy. We recommend him happily.

We sent John photos of the repair to be done and chose him for his fair price and previous reviews. He showed up exactly on time, which is impressive due to major traffic in our location. He was very pleasant and conversational. He removed the railing, drilled down through the concrete base ready for the repaired railing. We had rescued a spare railing from a teardown house nearby, in case it could be of use. John said the part he could have used was also rusted but that he would take it to the tip for us. Thanks! He welded new end pieces onto the original handrail and painted and sunk them into the concrete filled holes. He noticed that our aging steps had a pretty nice horizontal crack and offered to fill it in for us. We said he need not bother, but said he was happy to do so while he was on site. Though, as he finished the handrail project, he apologized that he had run out of the mix to fill it. He did, however, spend an extra hour grinding down a ridge on the cracked step, to make it easier, with his directions, to fill the crack ourselves, which were capable of and would have been happy to do. We gave him extra $ for his effort. Though, the following day, we received a call from John, saying he would be over in 2 hours to fix the crack in the step. We said no-one would be at home, but he insisted he was nearby and would be over, which indeed he did. So all in all, it was a pleasure to have both our steps and railings neatly repaired and to have made his acquaintance. We appreciated his attitude, work ethic and humor and would heartily recommend him.

John did an outstanding job of repairing the connection of the wheel to the mower deck. He worked until the repair was fully to his and my satisfaction. He wanted to be sure the repair would not fail anytime in the future. His effort was beyond my expectations resulting in a strong repair that will last well into the future.

I had several estimates for this repair and since John's was the most reasonable I selected him to do the work. I'm glad I did! He was prompt, had good communication and his work was meticulous. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the repair. Would not hesitate to use him again.

It was great and they were quick. They took care of it while I was there. They were convenient and took care of me as soon as they walked in. They took about an hour and a half. Other providers were about twice as much as I paid to me.

John welded the two parts together and then explained to me how to make the new and quot;stitchesand quot; look like the old rabbit. He even told me to call again if there were any problems because of the age and material of the mold. He called before he came stopping by from another job. I am very pleased!

John came at the time arranged to give an estimate for the work, and because our job was small he said he would fit us in when he could. The next week he did the work at the estimated price. The cost was less than other estimates, and John is very sociable as well as a capable welder. (He also smoothed some masonry work done by another group without charge.) We are very pleased with the final product.

Stopped in the middle of my job to talk to my neighbor and HAVE A BEER WITH HIM!! Really? Although he did a good job, he started by lecturing me on how awful HOAs are and how they are a ripoff. I don't care about hi opinion. Also, when I went to pay, he got angry that I wanted to pay by check, not cash. If he wanted cash only, he should have told me. The job itself was fine and Everything is solid and safe now. But his attitude and unprofessional behavior were too much.

Scheduled an appoint for 9am. By 9:30am, hadn't arrived. Called and left a message. By 10:15am, still hadn't arrived. Called again. Whoever answered laughed at me and said I must've had an appointment with someone else. Didn't offer any solutions.

Very well. a dart on my hoop and dart wrought iron fence broke off. I had acquired the replacement dart from the company who built the fence for me. John Geaghan was very responsive to my needs. He promptly returned calls, showed up on time, was very socialable and professional. He was fast. removed the remains of the old dart, installed the new dart and primed the area of the fence left without paint. Looks great!
