Nancy Romeo was actually the second Realtor we hired. The first was ineffective for six months, and then Nancy came along and sold our home in 20 days! When we were looking for a new agent I at first started asking the wrong question. I asked if anybody knew of a good real estate agent. Wouldn't you know, everybody's brother/mother/roommate/spouse seems to be a Realtor, but not one of these had actually used the agent they were suggesting. Then we started looking at recent home sales and quickly came upon Nancy.
