Very good guys, worked hard.

The movers arrived early and waited for me to tell them we were ready. All three men were courteous, careful, and efficient, working quickly WITHOUT bumping large pieces of furniture into door frames, etc. They did a great job packing the truck, and nothing was damaged in the long trip moving the contents.

The managed to get a pool table down a very narrow staircase into our basement. They took some time to figure out the best option, and realized the only way was down the steps. It looked impossible, but they did it! Then they put the legs on, even though they hadn't taken them off. It was a four man team, and they were all very friendly. This was a while ago, and I don't remember exactly what I paid. I do remember thinking it was very reasonable, and that's why I don't want to guess. I don't want to over-estimate. Overall, very impressed! Would definitely recommend them -- a family member had recommended them to us.

Minero Movers moved us from our 2 bedroom apartment into a townhouse-style condo on the 2nd/3rd floor (with a spiral staircase). They moved so quickly and efficiently, it was unbelievable. They were so friendly, even my family commented on what nice guys they were. You would have thought they were moving their own furniture.
After they unloaded each room they would ask me to look in it and make sure it was to my satisfaction. They re-wrapped some things if it wasn't wrapped well enough, and they found some empty boxes that I had and packed some of the smaller items for me. Once we arrived at the new house, I was having trouble figuring out where to put the truck and they helped me navigate and got it exactly where it needed to be. They never took a break and they were practically running up and down the stairs. You should have seen how they managed to get our bed up the spiral staircase. It was such a feat that I had to take pictures.
They finished the job over an hour early and rounded down on the price. I left a generous tip because they had worked so hard. These guys are a great, small company and I've been happy to use them 3 times over the last 6 years.

Alex, Enrique, and Gimmy showed up right on time to do the work. I showed them what I needed done (I had made a list so I didn't forget anything) and they went to work. The basement was a challenge because my stairs have a 90 degree turn. These guys knew that my particular sectional had a removable back which made it easier to maneuver. But it was still hard work especially since one piece was a queen sofa sleeper. And they did it all without a single mark to my walls. Wish I could say the same for my out-of-state movers! They were so efficient, they finished in an hour. Of course I had to pay the 2 hr minimum, but I almost didn't mind since they were so careful. Kudos to Eugene for running such an efficient organization. I especially appreciated being able to communicate with him to arrange a date via email since I was out of state at the time. If ever I need labor help again, they will be the first ones I call. One suggestion: Ever thought of starting a branch that works just on an hourly basis rather than with a 2 hr minimum ? Those of us who are senior citizens often need just a little help. Paying for 2 hrs of labor when only 1 is needed can be a strain on the budget. But thanks again to Minero for a job well done!

As I mentioned previously, I've hired Minero twice in the last 6 or so years - once was for a move from a studio apartment to a one bedroom apartment. The second time I hired them, it was for my business and we needed some items picked up and cleared out of our office in DC. They did great work both times. They are very quick and efficient and flexible. They're a great family owned company, too.

My husband and I still joke about how, at our first move, one guy carried a couch on his back entirely by himself and he was half-jogging while doing it. During that same move, they even followed me in their car to the UHaul drop-off site and drove me back home because my sweet New Yorker-born husband hadn't learned to drive at the time.

In 2010, when we moved again, I made the mistake of hiring a different company that was rated really highly online and I could easily see that they did not move as quickly as Minero. I'm planning to hire Minero when we move again this summer. I highly recommend them.

The crew arrived on time - though they were 2 instead of the 3 people promised. turned out that the third person had an emergency, and they could not find a substitute. Negotiated rate was for 3 people, but the manager was quick to readjust the rate for 2 movers. The crew was relatively efficient - but still had to make up for the missing third person - so all in all the move took slightly longer than what I had estimated for. However, given the exigent circumstances, I guess it was ok. If you are looking to save on moving costs, and are willing to rent a UHaul and drive it yourself - call Minero. We did all of the packing ourselves, save for the large furniture. Minero will assist with the loading at source, and unloading and moving at the destination.

These guys moved us from a three-story townhouse to a two-story house outside of town in 5 hours. All thee were really professional and super careful even with our crappiest furniture. During a busy moving week, they made it easy for us to schedule and confirm the move. Minero's movers showed up right on time and got busy immediately. The price was really good, too but best thing about them was that they seemed like really nice people.

It went well. I really liked them. Thing were done efficiency and we had my apartment moved in a very short amount of time

They worked quickly and efficiently. No damage was done to any of our items. It was amazing how fast they worked with no breaks. We were very impressed and would not hesitate to use them again.

Extremely professional. Arrived early, worked hard, and accomplished the job quickly. They were very careful with our things and knew their job as far as packing the truck so it wouldn't shift in transit and making sure things did not get broken or scuffed. Very responsive to requests to move things around at the new house. We could not be happier. Highly recommended.
