Art made room for me the same day I called and came out to do the work on-site. He quickly released and re-seated a jammed drive belt. When I asked him to come back to install a new belt when it arrived (current one was partially burned down), he suggested that I save my money as it's a pretty complicated/expensive job and the current one could easily last for a few seasons. Do yourself a favor, just call Art for your mower repair!

This was our first time using Master Mechanics, and it won't be our last! We arranged for several neighbors to have our mowers serviced, and we were all very pleased. His best piece of advice was to call him at the end of the season so that he can perform the routine maintenance and winterize the mower; then in Spring all that is needed is to add gas and go. It was a great experience dealing with Art Reyzvikh(Owner). Art is the consummate professional. He arrived on time and explain to me the work he would be performing on my lawnmower. Additionally, he invited me to observe his work. and would explain his observations. Further, he show me the parts he was removing and replaced. He sharpened the blades with precision.When he competed the work, my lawnmower looked like new. I highly recommend Art Reyzvikh for any lawnmower or small engine repair. Amazing service from Master Mechanics, Art & Sergey They came to my house and fixed my 3-year-old Toro lawn mover today. They cleaned the mower's dirty carburetor that prevented it from running for more than a few seconds, and provided a thorough "tune-up" that included everthing imaginable---checking and cleaning all parts, blade sharpening, oil & filter change, etc. After they finished, my old Toro mower now looks and runs like it did when it was new. Absolute best repair service I've ever had. If you are having problems with your lawn mower highly recommend Master Mechanics. They came to my home, diagnosed the simple problem explained it to me and fixed it. Because Master Mechanics is SO good, might take time to schedule, but worth the wait. So much easier than taking it to a shop and probably cheaper.

Art proved to be extremely knowledgeable and provided terrific service. He did an excellent job on the riding mower tuneup, performing more work than I usually receive from Sears for my Craftsman mower. He even went to the point of extracting and removing a mouse nest in the engine. Art also quickly spotted the carburetor issue with my push mower. As reported by other reviewers, he advised us to invest in a new mower rather than spend the money of repairing the current one. And, he graciously did not charge us anything for the assessment of the push mower. After servicing our mowers, Art remained for a while to give us some extremely helpful advice on maintaining our mowers to avoid future problems. We would highly recommend his mobile service to anyone.

With the hurricane approaching, our generator stopped working. No generator meant no sump pump if the power went out and that would turn into a flooded basement. Desperately, we called 20 companies and all of them turned us down except Master Mechanics. Art Reyzvikh, who owns the company, showed up with a large trailer behind his truck. Inside, he has an entire workshop with all the parts needed for repairs to any small engine! You don't have to take your equipment to a shop, he brings the shop to you! He was friendly, professional, and his customer service was impeccable! (I've been in customer service for 20 years) He offered to let me watch him work (which I took him up on) and he explained everything he was doing, tools he used, and little tricks for saving money! None of the mechanics or technicians I've ever had before would do something so nice and generous! He genuinely cares about his customers and makes time to see them despite long hours. Art Reyzvikh went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and for that he will have a customer for life in me. I will call him, and only him, when I need my mower and snowblower serviced too! The cherry on top? His prices are lower than ANY of the other companies out there! Also, the price of him showing up is put towards the maintenance and repair! I will recommend him to all of my family and friends. Such trustworthy service and high quality work at such fair prices is almost unheard of today. I cannot say enough good things about Master Mechanics. I have used him twice and the service has been quick, quality, and reasonable priced. I never have to wait and he always works with my schedule.

Art comes by your home with his fully-outfitted trailer, and diagnoses your engine problem quickly. He looked at my lawn mower, which I was unable to start this year, and within a minute knew it was the carburetor. He quickly and efficiently took it apart, did a thorough cleaning of every part and put it back together like a magician! He also gave me some helpful hints to keep it running without problems, and sent me several links to get what I needed to follow his advice. Art saves you time by coming to you (no more lugging engines to some other location) and is fair in his pricing. He will let you watch his work so you can try it yourself if you're more adventurous than most people. I will definitely be back!

I like that he comes to my home. He came in two days. He came while I was not home and just left the bill. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me what had gone wrong and what to do to prevent it in the future. He educated me as well as fixing my tractor. I got a lot of customer service for a very modest price.
