I called Mario to caulk the tub because his price was reasonable ($70) and I knew from a friend that his work would be perfect, which it was.  Mario spent 2 hours on the tub.

When he was done I told him about my clogged kitchen drain which Roto-Rooter wanted $385 to clean.  Mario told me he'd do it for less than half of that price ($160).  He spent over an hour snaking out the drain twice, then poured in an overnight chemical.  He returned the next morning to snake out the drain for the third time, satisfied that it was completely clear.

He was punctual, polite, and very reasonably priced.  I'll use him to retile 2 bathroom floors and repaint those rooms.  He's the handyman we've all been looking for - the new Eldon.
