He does absolutely magnificent work. He is a home remodeling contractor. He is magnificent. My whole kitchen has been torn out.

My friend recommended Malte Build.  Malte had completed a major remodel of their 1920's farm house and it looked great.  I obtained multiple estimates and Malte's was right in the middle of a very large range.  Malte was great to work with and I love my new bathroom!  He was extremely helpful in referring me to Robert at The Tile Shop in Springfield.  The shop has a large number of display bathrooms, so you can get many good ideas.  Robert was fantastic in providing design advice and the end result is very much due to his tactful recommendations (on several occasions, he reminded me that due to the small space, I wanted to avoid having too much going on).  Malte also guided me throughout the design process, making sure that my design ideas were functional as well.  Malte started and completed the remodel in the agreed upon time frame for the agreed upon price.  He was always willing to explain the process and answer my questions (I was an involved and some might say demanding client.) At the completion of the project, he asked me if I was happy with everything.  I have to admit that of all the numerous contractors who have worked in my house, Malte is the first to actually ask this and make sure that I was pleased with everything before he left.  The bathroom remodel went much smoother than I expected, I am certain this is due to the high professional standards of Malte.  I cannot recommend Malte enough.
