It was absolutely excellent, he is extremely neat and clean. He does very fast work, he does all the work himself. I am very pleased with his work.

Mr. Chi was very responsive to my request for an estimate. He started to work the next day I gave him the job. He arrived promptly everyday and completed the job in four days(with a 1/2 day not worked because of rain). He did the job by himself and did not bother me. He did a great job caulking all my windows, doors, and other areas requiring repairs. My front door entrance area was really
in bad shape and he did a terrific job refinishing that area. will get the call.

Kevin Kim, of Kim's Painting, does great work, often offering suggestions for detailing that improves the overall 'look' of the project. For example, about three years ago, when painting the outside of my house, he recommended coordinating the color of the shutters w/small relief areas along the garage roof line as well as front door. He also suggested painting the pilasters alongside the garage doors, and raised woodwork detailing at the front entrance, a deeper beige that the rest of the exterior paint color. The result? Outstanding contrast. No more blah-beige. Great curb appeal.
Mr. Kim is congenial and easy to work with, and his rates are more than competitive for the Washington DC market. I will continue to use Kim's Painting; I wouldn't think of going to anyone else!

He is spectacular. He works alone so things take a little bit longer but you know you are getting extremely high quality and a great painter. We have been very pleased and have recommended him to our neighbors and they have been very pleased as well. He's honest and very professional. He is also very trustworthy.
