The company has a nice office and generally friendly staff. It's old school - not for the e-signature world. Prices reflect this, but their attention to detail has always made up for it. Unfortunately, a discrepancy occurred and they made an error in reconciling the costs and proceeds between transactions. Without disclosing overly private information, I'd just summarize the reason for being unable to recommend them going forward: they are proud. Too proud. Unable to properly admit their fault and acknowledge that they owe customers (who just ran over a million dollars of transactions through their offices) the respect of accepting responsibility, not losing their temper and quickly resolving problems. The sad part is that we have used them in the past, as have many members of my family. My father first started using them nearly 20 years ago. Hubris leads to insult. Our problem was not nearly as severe as the issue of poor customer service made it.
