I would highly recommend her to anyone having bed bug problems. She came with her dog and zeroed in on the sights which were harboring those critters. Best money spent. Now I know for sure.

After several sleepless nights spent hopping up and searching the bed, I broke down and called K-9. Kathleen was extremely responsive and returned my voicemail in 5 minutes. She had an appointment available this afternoon and arrived right on time. She was professional and understanding and took her time examining the and quot;suspect zeroand quot; I had saved for her in a bag. Fortunately, she declared it not a bed bug and the subsequent house search by Boscoe confirmed her findings. I am relieved to find myself bed bug free and am happily heading to a bug free bed.

It went well. They were contentious; specially to my pet. I felt like they gave me a fair price and were honest.

Kathy was very professional and caring about our situation. Her dog was very well trained to sniff out bugs . She was very accommodating with our schedule and was willing to come out on weekends or late at night if necessary. She put our minds at ease with thorough discussion before and after the inspection. Her service seemed expensive but well worth the cost for the peace of mind it brought us knowing her dog was constantly being trained and could actually confirm the presence of the bugs as well as their irradication. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to others.

I had visitors from abroad and was concerned they might have brought bed bugs into the house. She came and brought the dog to scour the house. She asked me not to be in the house when the dog was there. She said the dog showed possible bugs around a suitcase. No bug was seen but I spent $1000s having the house superheated to be sure. Maybe overkill and I will never know whether the dog was correct or not. I would like to have seen the dog react myself.

I called, she spoke with me and got my number. A couple of hours later, she called with a local representative. That's where it stands now.

They answered the phone relatively quickly, they were professional, came in, and answered questions that we asked. Both my son and I felt comfortable with them. It involved at least two visits, I forgot if it was two or three, and he was always there when he said he would. One of the visits, he wasn't going to be able to be on time and he called and informed ahead of time. Overall, I think it was a positive experience and I've been very happy with them. They bring in dogs which are trained to detect bed bugs. He went through the whole procedure of stripping everything down, washing with hot water, stripping your clothes as you go in and as you go out, keeping clothes in a clean bag, and all that. The whole thing to make sure that you are not bringing more in or carrying them around them with you. He also said that it was our responsibility to keep the place clean and do what he tells us to do because if we don't we are going to get bed bugs.

The K-9 owner arrived promptly, explained what she and the dog would be doing, and
gave a thorough and prompt report on the places in my home where bedbugs were
detected.

My wife notice what looked like Bedbugs on Wednesday night. I looked up Angie's List for recommendations and saw a Big Deal for inspection. Bought it that night and called her at 7:45am the next morning. Kathleen called back ten minutes later and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. After driving 2 hours, she and Boscoe fully inspected our house, then walked through the house with my wife and recounted Boscoe's reactions and what they meant. She gave us some recommendations and company names for treatment. It was a very pleasant experience. Not the result we wanted to hear, but that's life.
The price was expensive compared to human inspection, but seemed on par with other companies.
We are going to try to use Boscoe again for my parents' house, which may also be invaded.

Overall great job and would use K-9 Detection again in a heartbeat!

When I first spoke to Kathy over the phone, she was extremely helpful and friendly, as I was concerned there might be bed bugs in the house we were moving in to. As I was in immediate need of her assistance, she was very accomodating and arranged to come out the next evening with Bosco after a meeting she had scheduled.

First Bosco searched the house but could not smell any bed bugs, fortunately. Since I was concerned about any and quot;pestand quot; issues that may be in the house, Kathy helped me search the carpet everywhere looking for anything else we could find, even though this was not part of the service she normlly provides but just to be helpful.

Kathy was very friendly, timely, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend her and Bosco to anyone having a concern for bed bugs.

She was very responsive and helpful. She and the dog thoroughly searched the house and hit in areas where people inspectors did not. If you call her and have pets in your house, remember to take a few extra steps to prepare for the visit.
