Kitchen remodeling lasted 4-5 months. Checked 3 references and first two were excellent and third, after signing contract, were less favorable. The company seems to have communication, health and maybe management problems. I have 2 different addresses. You should check only very recent references. If limited budget consider them but monitor work continually. Work is good but they trying to keep costs down. They act like they never had to use there own completed work, i.e. shutoff value in poor places, appliance leveled in one direction, poor initial planning were outlet, wires and items located. Waiting two weeks for final statement of account if I owe additional funds. Make sure everything listed in contract. Sometimes I felt they do not listen or concern with work and not with what makes work outstanding. Note: health problem with company employee may have effected project.

The did an absolutely outstanding job with the renovation. They removed all of the appliances from my home and put them in my garage. I went with a sales person to a remodeling place to select the cabinets I wanted. It took them about a week to finish installing the cabinets. They arranged them as laid out by the designer. I have virtually no complaints about their services. Everything went just like clockwork. It was all done so smoothly. They were suppose to finish the job earlier but they were delayed because the cabinets took a while to get in. I thought that their price was excellent. My cabinets were all solid wood and could stand up to moisture if necessary. I got the top of the line cabinets. Its a one time deal for me. In a couple of years I'm going to sell the place and upgrading the kitchen will bring me a better price in the end. If the wrong product came in during the renovation, the company would get right on the phone so they could get the correct product. The were on top of everything right from the word GO!

The salesman, project manager and all workers were very polite, knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I was so impressed with the whole experience that I decided to have them build my sun room addition in the spring. After hearing all the horror stories from some of my friends about their experience with other contractors I will keep this one close.

The job went great from the start. The estimator (who was also the designer) was very experienced and attentive. The structural engineer, the project manager, the lead carpenter and all craftsman were great and they knew their trades. The whole project took 3 months from start to finish (as I was told before I signed the contract). They worked every day and they cleaned the place every day, as well as they could.
