 + -1 moreWe were astounded and delighted. In the meantime, the person selling the bed found the original rails and got them to us through a friend. We fully expected to pay for replacement rails. It was nice to receive such lovely service from the company, then the original owner.
Description of Work: Our daughter got a toddler bed at a consignment sale. When she tried to put it together, she found that the side rails were missing. My husband contacted the company to try and buy more rails. He explained that we had bought them second hand. The company sent replacement rails right away, at no charge.
