The paint job from *explicit*. It will cost more to fix the damage than it cost to do the job, and even then we'll have a poor paint job. Despite insisting that the painters return twice to correct problems, the paint job is still unacceptable. The trim work is abysmal; poor coverage, spots not touched, many places where only one coat was applied, lots of paint drips. There is still paint on window panes, window sashes, doorknobs, light fixtures, hooks, wallpaper, carpets, floors, banisters, towel racks. Edges of ceilings are either unpainted or minimally painted, certainly not two coats. Same for areas around certain light fixtures. They painted right over the light switches, electrical sockets, etc, without removing them, and painted weatherstripping on windows. They used the kitchen sink as an industrial sink, chipped the enamel in many places, and then denied doing the damage. Only when my property manager said he'd back me in court did Oswaldo get the sink re-enameled.
