Awesome, awesome, awesome! No exaggeration! I had a year of disappointing poor quality and over priced contractor jobs and Samantha and her husband restored my faith in good responsive service, extremely reasonable pricing and outstanding quality workmanship. My floors are a work of art! Tight, classy, fantastic quality. Meticulous attention to detail to include hand matched and sized stair treads on a curved stairway and moulding in the hidden spaces of the closets. I loved the work so much, I added the kitchen right away and had it done at the same time. If you want a craftsman who does his own beautiful work, is respectful of you and your home...look no further. This great experience starts with Samantha visiting and giving you an estimate with no surprises except that it's very affordable. The Lees do not work with substandard products and you can trust Samantha to listen patiently and give you candid advice on options you'll be very satisfied receiving. If I build a home and they had to travel to install my flooring, I'd pay the airfare and hotel!

This company is fantastic and got the job done in half the time, (two days!) Samantha Lee and her husband and entire crew were fantastic, polite, thoughtful and even cleaned the house as much as possible afterward. Who could ask for more? I want to have this company back in the next year to install carpeting in our home and do services in our next home afterward.

Can't say enough positive things about Cascade. They were responsive, friendly, professional, and made the whole process really easy. Samantha was efficient with my time, and helped me picking out the right product for installation. They came out on the scheduled date even though there was a snowstorm that shut down the government - talk about dedication!!! Square footage was about 700 sq ft, they did all the work in a day and a half. Love the new look, and appreciated the updates. Pleasure to do business with them, and would recommend their work.

Cascade was great! Prompt estimate and start of work. Arrived in the morning on time; whole job took two and a half days. Floors look great. New shoe molding all around! Samantha was very friendly and returned all my calls promptly.

Samantha Lee came to our house to measure and estimate the cost. She was very easy to work with and helped us make decisions as to which type of wood we wanted, and also gave advice about our baseboards, which we wanted replaced so they would be the proper height after the floors were installed and since I don't like the look of quarter round. It took two full days, which is what was estimated, and they were right on time both days.
The installation workers were great, and the main installer is JaeJun, Samantha's husband. I really like supporting a family business. They did everything well and took pride in their work. They went above and beyond just installation, including cutting the closet doors so they would open once the hardwood was installed. They matched the new baseboards with the existing baseboards in the kitchen (where we already had ceramic tiles installed) so everything matches nicely. At the end of the first day they cleaned everything up both inside the house and outside where they cut the wood, so we could still use our house and garage. At the end of the second day they cleaned up so well you couldn't tell that they were there. Neighbors came by to see what was going on and they were impressed with the installation, our choice of hardwood (butterscotch oak) and commented about the way the workers left everything clean. The floors are really beautiful and the new baseboards really make our house look elegant. It's like we live in a new house.

Excellent - the onsite team was great, moved furniture around, and went the extra distance to make sure the floor looked great. Installed within a day and will definitely use them in the future.

The experience was excellent !! I did not have to worry about anything and the results were magnificent.

I was *very* nervous about contracting with Cascade Flooring, for 2 reasons: 1) ServiceMagic referred them and also referred another contractor who, upon further research, turned out to have a lot of complaints against him, thus invaliding anyone whom ServiceMagic referred; and 2) Cascade Flooring's price of $1400 was nearly $500 less than the next nearest bid. All other bids were between $1850 - $2100, which made me suspicious of this one. In the end, I couldn't resist the excellent price, and that was one of the best decisions I ever made. They showed up on time, finished on time, did excellent work, and left very little sawdust behind. I couldn't be happier. A couple of notes related to the project: 1) Samantha Lee, the company's representative and estimator, talked me into 3/4" hardwood when I originally thought I wanted engineered wood planks. She did me a great service there, I think I would have regretted the engineered wood very soon. 2) One thing she didn't volunteer was to stack the unfinished planks in the kitchen for a couple of days before the project, to let it acclimate. I learned you were supposed to do that as part of my project research beforehand. When I asked to do that, though, they complied.
