AT Pro Construction

A little less than a year ago At Pro replaced some rotting wood with PVC around the trim of my townhome and around the windows. Communication was difficult so that should have been a sign. All was well, so I thought, until I noticed some of the wood was not replaced underneath two of the windows. When I called about the issue the guy that answers the phone, Tony, agreed to send the owner, Tae, to look at the unrepaired damage. I had some siding coming off so I thought since they were cool with fixing their mistake I'd get a quote for siding replacement as well. All friendly and understanding at first. In the mean time I called some other contractors to offer a quote for the siding as well. Tae showed up same day, which was nice, but another contractor showed up early while Tae was there. The situation was awkward, but the other contractor was friendly and introduced himself to Tae. Tae got ****** and stormed off. Said he would call back about the repairs. Three days later after some phone calls and emails he calls to say I was rude for not making the other guy leave and that I should apologize. He then refused to repair the rotten wood because, I assume, I didn't apologize. Sorry, not sorry what’s wrong with some friendly competition? I used the email from their website to put in writing that I gave them the opportunity to fix their mistake and Tony replies he’s not the owner that he will file a harassment complaint about me. Totally different demeaner from when we first spoke about the repairs. They now claim since I paid for the work and was satisfied at the time that he doesn’t have to do anything. Not sure that’s much ground to stand on but we’ll see what a judge decides.

They replaced five window, all the windows at the front of my town home. It was four large windows and one regular size window. The prices that they quoted were the cheapest of the five vendors. The windows are high quality so I was pleased with that. They were punctual and I felt that they did a good job. The price was lowest and the window quality was very good so I was impressed with their work.
