Archibuild performed an over garage addition and kitchen remodel for us in 2023. From the design, bidding, execution of the work, and closing the project we had an amazing experience. Tito was the only contractor we talked with that provided a design option to achieve our goal for our kitchen without having to do an additional bump out. He quoted the work and length of time. We not only stayed within the initial budget but the work was also finished earlier than expected. Tito, Dan, and Tsiky were responsive and so helpful in making decisions on the project. We lived in the house during the renovation and they designed the timeline so that we lived without a kitchen for as little time as possible. The site was also very clean both inside and out. We didn't have to live in a dusty construction zone and our HOA gave us compliments on the project site cleanliness outside. We highly recommend Archibuild and plan on hiring them again for future projects.

Quality work at a reasonable price; prior to addition we had front portico rebuilt and were extremely satisfied with the work done. Required permits obtained before work was done and county inspectors approved each time.
