Appliance Repair
Technician came next day, but I ended up having to leave work early to meet him. Diagnosed bad motor. I got an authorization from LG for them. They contacted me the next day with an estimate. I told them they had an authorization from LG to order the motor. They replied that it needed to be an LG repair shop. Not sure whether this is true or not. They communicate via text, which caused this all to take several days, only to find out they wouldn't do the work.
