We love our window!!! The owner is very detailed and patient when he did the estimate at our house. No pushy, no sales tactic, only one price. Everything is very clear and the price is very reasonable for the window quality. the window they carry is absolutely beautiful and functional. can't be happier with the result.
The install team is very pleasant, polite and easy to work with. They came on time and work very hard under 90 degree f sunshine. Their exterior finishing job is extremely beautiful, they are very detailed-oriented, WE LOVE IT!!! they washed all the windows and mop our floor to sparkling clean, so impressed!
We did spend about 10 hours quoting from different window providers and we are sure we made the best decision. If you have time, it is still better to quote at least 3 companies since each company carry different windows which appearances and functions differ from each other. But if you don't have that much time, go to Allied window and you won't be disappointed.
One of our window has a very very tiny issue and we reported to the installer Bobby, no second word, he said he will change for us.The next day, the owner, Charles, gave us a call the confirm if everything went well and also told us that he already ordered one new window for us. 100 points customer service!!!
Last but not least, most of the window companies would say if we write a review or place a sign in front of our house, we will have a discount.But Allied window center did not require any of these. First price is final price, very simple.
We want to say thank you to Charles and his team for making out house so comfortable and pretty, they really did a great job!!!

Charles--the owner--knows his windows, He met with us personally. The visit was professional and filled with the solid facts as well as comparison information. He gave us one price-- the was no negotation, which we greatly appreciated (we had lisened to approximately 6 presentations prior). He offers a quality product--not a lot of overwhelming choices that would only confuse buyers. His crew was amazing. Approximately 7 workmen. They arrived on time and went to work immediately. They replaced 24 windows in two days. They cleaned all the work areas and removed all trash as well as the old windows. While we won't be replacing windows any time in the near future, I would definitely use Charles and the Allied Windows Center again!

The person who came out to perform measurements and help us pick the door was very punctual, detail oriented and patient with us. The installation took place right about the time it was estimated (6-8 weeks wait time). There were two installers performing the job. Both of them were extremely professional, caring and responsive. They were simply the best we have ever seen! They did a very good job, including installation, clean-up, addressing our questions and concerns.

The installers were excellent, professional and very customer-service focused. They also represented the company very well. I would highly recommend Allied for the cost, care and appearance.

Charles was fantastic.  I had done a great deal of research, as had the person who did the previous review.  One of the other well publicized company's prices were about double the cost. I really looked into the quality of the window, and think the quality of the Allied windows were equal if not superior to the competitors.  
Just as important as the window quality is how well the window is installed.  It is obvious Charles only uses very talented craftsmen. I had one circular stationary window which was a bit of a challenge.  Charles brought in a Master Carpenter to do the installation. Let's face it, most companies would not go to the expense of bringing in that level of expertise for a single stationary window. It is never going to be opened or closed.  Charles pays attention to ALL the details.
My advice is don't spend as much time as I did.  The product is great and the installation team is top notch.  And, you won't be able to beat the price. Charles says he doesn't advertise because he doesn't have to.  I believe him.
I did wait a few months to make sure the windows work as promised before I completed this review.  They are great.  Outside noise is greatly reduced, and the temperature is much more stable in the rooms with the new windows.
BTW, the extra cost for triple pane versus double pane was very small.  I decided to go with triple pane.   For this area, only double pane is needed. Charles actually tried to talk me out of spending the extra money as the extra pane was not really needed. Pretty cool when the salesman tries to save you money.

Before meeting with Allied, I met with Thompson Creek and Window Universe.  I met with the owner Charles, he was nice and courteous to me and our dog.  The meeting was easy and laid back, no pressures of signing now and no sales gimmick.  The reason I went with Charles and his company because they have been in business since 1957 and Charles was a good man.  After going with them Charles told me the windows will be ready in about 6-8 weeks.  The windows were actually done a couple of weeks before the estimated time.  The installers came in on time and finished the install in about 5 hours.  The crew were nice, cleaned everything up and was also nice to our dog.  Overall I was happy with the product and results.  I would highly recommend Allied the Window Center over Thompson Creek, Window Universe and Window Nation. 

Mr. Worthington was wonderful to work with. He is courteous, efficient,and responsive. He also explained the various options clearly. The installer was punctual, cleaned up beautifully, and showed me how to operate the locking mechanisms, etc. I was very satisfied and would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

 We were extremely satisfied with the service we received & plan to use them again for 2 doors. We had checked their price with 2 other competitors & their price was cheaper. We went with them as someone in our neighborhood used them  recently, we inspected their work & since they were satisfied with them, we went with them also. We were very glad we did.
There was a small disaster where  they discovered one very large  window had not been made by the factory. They had already taken the window out when they discovered this so we had to put plywood over the window which I wasn't too happy about. However, they really turned the whole thing around & got a new window made within 2 days- during Thanksgiving week also!. That is excellent customer service- we all know things happen but it's making it right that counts- & they did.
Their crew & the owner Charles was also very professional during the process.

Charles Worthington, President of the company, was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful.  He walked us through several different styles and manufacturers of windows, helping us settle quickly on absolutely beautiful windows.  The installation crew, Joe, Sunny and Kyle, were very prompt and professional.  They did a fantastic job with great attitudes and skillful work.  They worked promptly, showed up on time, cleaned up debris thoroughly, and solved several problems with the cut-out for the old windows.  All in all, a fantastic company and a fantastic installation crew.  Highly recommended.

I had purchased two special order storm door sin 2009. they were high quality and installed very nicely. They fit the frames very well when they had finished. Sealed out the weather.  Within a couple of months a screw at bottom of one door attaching it to the wooden door molding pulled out. They came and took care of it right away and it did not charge anything. It happend again about a year later b/c the wind blew the door open.  they fixed it right away and charged me for the service, of course.  The handle of one is not working properly and they ordered and have received new part in less than a week.
Mr Worthington is very professional and accommodating. I can see why they have been in business for such a long time.

Allied?s service was outstanding and the price was reasonable. The team of three arrived on time, worked efficiently, installed the products to our satisfaction, and cleaned the work areas meticulously. The windows and doors look great! Our basement windows are below grade in window wells covered by welded bars. The installers had no trouble working from the inside. All the products are attractive, functional, and energy efficient.
Customer service is a priority for Allied?s affable president, Charles Worthington. He provided pertinent information about product
choices, which we viewed at his small showroom. He was easy to reach when we had questions. Mr. Worthington deals directly with the manufacturers, which helped resolve a problem with the bathroom windows. The windows the manufacturer  shipped contained clear safety glass, not the obscure safety glass that was ordered. Not to worry.  Mr. Worthington  received the replacements in a timely fashion. He came to the house right away and swapped the movable glass panels. One window had been installed by the remodeler, but replacing the panel was not a problem.

They were great!!! Their responsiveness was excellent.  I would recommend them to anybody, anyday , anywhere nd I would use them again myself.

Charles Worthington came out for an estimate after I filled out the online evaluation form. He was very professional and showed all of the details of the windows. After the initial estimate, I asked for some references which he quickly sent the next day.The references were all organized near my location which was really convenient to go see the installs. I wanted to see a newer reference and he invited me out to a current job site. The windows and capping looked fantastic at the job site. After 4 weeks, my windows arrived and the installer called to schedule the installation. The installation went great. My only regret is that the windows look so good that I have to power wash my house.

This is a wonderful company! It is the third time I have used them...first to replace all the windows in our home, then our front door and basement slider, and now our carport door. I called about 3 weeks ago, Mr. Worthington came out the next day and I placed my order. I was told 4-6 weeks for completion, but it only took 3 weeks. Today they showed up a little before 9 am and were done by 11:00 am. All the trim was replaced, the caulking done, they even had to adjust the wires on the doorbell because of a bit of extra depth. Their products are terrific and they have a great warranty. My new door looks amazing!

In the spring I began researching replacement window's on my townhouse.  I got a few estimates, when I learned about the OKNA product.  It seemed to be highly rated, so I contacted the 2 OKNA installers in my area.  Both were highly rated and had very good customer service reviews.  I got the estimate from the other OKNA installer, and it seemed a bit high.  Then I called Allied and Charles came out to my house.  He was very low key, measured the windows and gave me an estimate on the spot.  The price was considerably lower than the other installers, and in line with the estimates that I had received on other brands. I contracted with him that day and 5 weeks later they began the install.  Bobby and Joe were the installers and they did an absolutely fantastic job.  My wife commented on how they left the house cleaner than when they got here.  The job did take a little longer than I thought it would, but that was because they took such great care doing there work.  I walked our neighborhood, and found every flaw in other installs, and couldn't find anything in ours.  We have been extremely happy with the window's, we don't hear any noise coming in from out side, and they look great.  They have now done another job in our neighborhood, and have a third one under contract.  I recommend Allied to everyone that is looking to get their window's replaced, and will be calling them again in the future for other work that needs to be done on our house.

What is truly amazing is their customer service.  Ten years after the purchase and installation, I needed to have one of the windows replaced.  It was under lifetime warranty.  I just called Allied and they were right on it!  Pulled my file, knew the window size, and ordered it for prompt delivery.  When we first worked with them they told us we would be their customers for life and they were right.  They have also given us small replacement parts as we needed them.  Personally delivered to our door!  At no cost.

This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with.  Ever.  Anyone looking for replacement windows should go to Allied.  I can't imagine why anyone would go anywhere else!
