They performed a very thorough inspection of the condo, appliances, utilities.   They followed a comprehensive checklist of these items to include electrical outlets, safety items (i.e. electrical grounds, gas leaks etc)..   They arrived on time and were diligent for a 2 to 3 hours in checking every small detail.  They provided a great summary of all items checked and provided recommendations for any items that needed repair.   The reported was provided within 1 day of inspection. 
I am a repeat customer and have used their services several times.  I have always been highly satisfied with their service.  I would recommend them to anyone who is buying a property.  They have saved me much more than I have paid for the services.

Inspector was very thorough.  He explained everything he was inspecting, pointed out issues that were both major and minor, and entertained many questions.  Over four hours were spent, and we inspected literally every square-foot of the house, from top-to-bottom and outside-in.  I learned so much, and really appreciated his dedication and attitude.  Very professional.
